Jeff began his tenure at JAMIS as Vice President of Client Development in 2003, and became President & CEO shortly after in 2004. In 2006, with a growing government contractor market and strong leadership within JAMIS, Jeff and Executive Vice President Naomi May invested in JAMIS and took the company under private ownership. Since then, after the successful launch of JAMIS Prime ERP, JAMIS has become the fastest growing Cloud ERP solution in the GovCon space.

Shayla Rivera
Former NASA Rocket Scientist and TEDx Speaker
Shayla Rivera is an Aerospace Engineer and former Rocket Scientist with NASA turned salesperson, corporate trainer, and now TEDx Speaker, TV & Radio host, Comedian, Actor, Writer, Producer, Seminar Facilitator, Panel Moderator and as of 2017, Director of the ENGR[x] program and Professor of Practice with the College of Engineering at Texas A&M University. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Rivera grew up with an avid interest in human behavior, science, machinery, and fixing things.
On top of all that, Shayla is also a breast cancer survivor. With her life experiences, her professional experiences, and her comedy skills, she strives to encourage and uplift others.

Ali has twenty years of experience in the software industry and a successful track record as a high-tech entrepreneur with multiple successful start-ups. In 2001, Ali founded Everest Software and pioneered the first all-in-one ERP solution for multi-channel small and medium businesses. As founder and VP of Product Management at Everest Software, he was responsible for products and the business direction of the company prior to its successful sale to Versata Software in 2009. Before Everest, Ali founded Accel Inc, a white-box PC Manufacturer; and iCode Inc, an ERP Software Company.

Joe Satlin
VP of Technology, JAMIS
Joe Satlin joined JAMIS in 2012 after spending 15 plus years designing and delivering software solutions for the hospitality industry. His main responsibility is the conceptual design of the JAMIS Prime ERP cloud solution, but also manages the full lifecycle of the product, from concept to delivery to release.

Eric Crusius
Partner, Holland & Knight
Eric Crusius is a Tysons attorney who focuses his practice on a wide range of government contract matters, including bid protests, claims and disputes, compliance issues, and sub-prime issues. Mr. Crusius has extensive experience in government contract litigation, including successfully prosecuting and intervening in numerous bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Government Accountability Office (GAO), boards of contract appeals, and other federal agencies. He counsels clients regarding the Service Contract Act (SCA) and other labor issues, trade agreements, export controls, subcontracting and teaming agreements, and compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Mr. Crusius also represents contractors in investigations, suspension and debarment proceedings, and in federal and state courts. He also regularly counsels companies regarding compliance with various cybersecurity regulatory requirements in the government contracts industry.

Stacy High-Brinkley
VP of Compliance Solutions and Services at Cask Government Services
Stacy High-Brinkley has more than 25 years experience as an Information Security professional. Her background includes building and securing networks, with expertise in establishing and implementing streamlined cyber security programs. She holds numerous Cyber Certifications and is also a certified CMMC Provisional Assessor as well an RMF Assessor for DoD. Her expertise in the cyber domain includes technical aspects such as ensuring proper implementation of security controls and hardening networks as well as non-technical and policy implementation. Her passion is working with others, enabling a positive environment, and learning new ways to create secure environments in our hyper-connected world.

Brian Hubbard
Director of Commercial and Cyber Security, Edwards Performance Solutions
Brian Hubbard brings 35+ years of cybersecurity program management experience to his role within Edwards Performance Solutions. Brian leads all Commercial business and cybersecurity engagements, including CMMC initiatives, supporting organizations in their CMMC knowledge and preparation. Prior to Edwards, Brian led the contractor team supporting NIST in the development of the “Framework for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity” (i.e., the NIST Cybersecurity Framework) in response to Executive Order 13636.

Eric is the Director of Business Development for Edwards Performance Solutions. Eric brings over a decade of successful enterprise selling, working in such industries as Supply Chain Logistics, Cyber Security, and Virtual Reality. Eric currently supports clients globally to strategically meet security goals and implement a proactive cybersecurity approach. Eric is working diligently to prepare Government Contractors for the upcoming CMMC requirements. Fun fact, Eric is an avid golfer and has been a master club fitter for over a decade, representing some of the largest golf brands in the world.

Leneé Lyte is a savvy CPA from the Bronx, NY and is the CEO and Founder of LYRC CPA. Leneé possesses an advanced degree (MBA) in international finance and has over 15 years of accounting experience. Her career adventures include SEC Financial Reporting, Internal Audit and Controls, Digital Transformation, Corporate Strategy and Compliance, and Business Process Improvement. Kris Martel

Kris Martel is a cybersecurity specialist whose qualifications include an MBA specializing in Information Systems Technology and detailed knowledge of security tools, technologies and best practices. Mr. Martel has over 25 years of experience specializing in cybersecurity supporting the DoD, Federal Government Agencies, the Intelligence Community, and commercial companies. Mr. Martel’s extensive background includes providing guidance and support on FISMA, RMF, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, CMMC and many other frameworks. Mr. Martel is responsible for maintaining the information security program of the organization, providing Subject Matter Expertise internally and to clients seeking to automate compliance, and the end-to-end security operations of the organization.

Michelle Massarini focuses on providing full contract lifecycle professional support to government contractors and government agencies in the areas of compliance, accounting, contracts, and training. Michelle’s areas of expertise include Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), DCAA compliance and audit support, government cost accounting requirements. Additionally, Michelle speaks at training seminars on the topic of incurred cost submissions for both Federal Publication Seminars (Fed Pubs) and Public Contracting Institute (PCI). She is also a member of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and Professional Services Counsel (PSC).

Chris leads the firm’s sales and marketing effort. In this capacity, he oversees new product creation, communication with existing clients, and new account formation. His efforts directly support the happiness and well-being of the clients he serves through the entire life cycle of onboarding new clients to maintaining ongoing administration. He works extensively with Government Contractors and Consultants relating to the SCA design structure of benefits, funding strategies, communication, and education of their employee benefit plans. Chris is an expert on Health Care Reform and guides clients regarding how the Affordable Care Act will impact their businesses and how it overlaps the Service Contract Act’s (SCA) many rules and laws. Chris began his career as a junior sales associate at FCE in 2006. He increasingly took on more responsibility by expanding his clientele.

Greg Powers

Greg leads NeoSystems’ pursuit and business development efforts for its Managed Security and CMMC compliance offerings. Working closely with the NeoSystems IT and Security organizations, Greg co-designs and build solutions that will guide government contractors through their CMMC compliance requirements to ensure that companies of all sizes have a viable path to compliance. Tom Tollerton

Tom is a Managing Director within DHG’s Technology Advisory Services group and leader of the firm’s CMMC and NIST 800-171 consulting. Tom is a CMMC Registered Practitioner (CMMC-RP) and has over 15 years in the cybersecurity industry, focusing on compliance assessment and auditing, cybersecurity risk management consulting, and program development. Tom’s background is a unique combination of hands-on technical work with integration of risk management concepts to provide clients with holistic cyber assessment and advisory services. In the defense industry, Tom has served contractors of all sizes with the development of cybersecurity programs based upon the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-53, and NIST SP 800-171 in support of DFARS compliance.
