Where will JAMIS Summit 2023 be located?

Our 2023 event will be located in sunny San Diego, CA, at the Coronado Island Marriott Resort (website).  Special discounted rates will be available to conference attendees. 

What is the conference schedule for Summit 2023?

The JAMIS Summit will kick off with a Welcome Reception on Sunday, May 7th, at 5 pm. The main event will be held over two days, on Monday, May 8th, and Tuesday, May 9th. Attendees may also register for two days of post-conference training sessions from Wednesday, May 10th to Thursday, May 11th.  

How much will it cost to attend?

The 2023 JAMIS Summit will have multiple pricing options.

 

  1. Summit-only tickets are priced at $1,350  Early Bird Rate ends 12/31/22), which includes: 

    • Access to all Summit Sessions

    • Partner Expo

    • Welcome Reception

    • Monday Evening Special Event

    • Breakfast and Lunch (Monday and Tuesday)

  2. Summit + One-day post-conference training is priced at $2,150  ( Early Bird Rate ends 12/31/22), which includes:

    • Access to all Summit Sessions plus one day of additional training

    • Eligible for 8.0 CPE Credits

    • Partner Expo

    • Welcome Reception

    • Monday Evening Special Event

    • Breakfast and Lunch (Monday- Wednesday)

  3. Summit + Two-day post-conference training is priced at $2,550 ( Early Bird Rate ends 12/31/22), which includes:

    • Access to all Summit Sessions plus two days of additional training

    • Eligible for 16.0 CPE Credits

    • Partner Expo

    • Welcome Reception

    • Monday Evening Special Event and Wednesday Dinner

    • Breakfast and Lunch (Monday- Thursday)

Are discounted group rates available?

Yes, they are!  Please contact us at events@jamis.com for more info. 

When will registration open?

Registration will open for the event on Friday, July 1, 2022. Early Bird pricing is available until Saturday, December 31, 2022!

 

What type of content will be covered during the event?

The JAMIS team has a full schedule planned for its customers and partners, including:

  • Breakout sessions cover a variety of topics, including Project Accounting, Financials, Business Planning, Purchasing & Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, Fixed Assets & Government Property Management, Human Capital Management, Payroll, CRM, and more!

  • Town Hall sessions with the JAMIS product management team for both JAMIS Prime ERP and JAMIS HCM & Payroll where we review recent product releases, dive into the key features and benefits, and look ahead at the product roadmap of exciting new releases ahead.

  • Government Contracting regulatory compliance courses (ie: CPSR, Indirect Rates, Timesheet compliance, and more).

  • A GovCon Panel of Experts will discuss the latest news and hot topics in the federal contracting industry.

What Post-Conference Training topics will be covered?

  • In-depth post-conference training sessions to master your skills in several subject areas will include:

    • Project Accounting and Finance

    • Business Planning

    • Purchasing, Inventory, & Sales Order Management

    • Human Resources & Payroll

    • Development & Customization

    • Prime 8.0 Feature Implementation and System Administration

What if I purchase a ticket but can no longer attend?

Please email events@jamis.com to request a cancellation of your registration.  If Summit attendee cancels their registration more than 30 business days from the Event Date or by 11:59 p.m. ET on, April 7, 2023,  JAMIS shall return 100% of any deposits and pre-payments made by Summit attendee. 

Will Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits be offered?

Yes, CPE credits are available for Post-Conference training courses. Each full-day training course track is eligible for 8.0 CPE credits (2.0 credits for each 2-hour session). Additional detail will soon be available on the agenda and course descriptions as we get closer to this year's event.
