​What is the conference schedule for Summit 2024?

  • October 13-17, 2024

  • Welcome Reception: Sunday evening, October 13, 2024 

  • Main Summit Event: Monday, October 14th through Tuesday, October 15th. 

  • Post-Conference Training Sessions (Optional): Wednesday, October 16th and Thursday, October 17th

Where will JAMIS Summit 2024 be located?

Our 2024 event will be located north of Dallas, Texas, at the OMNI Frisco Hotel at the Star (website).  Special discounted rates will be available to conference attendees until September 23, 2024.

When will registration open?

Registration will open on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 (Super Early Bird Pricing).

How much will it cost to attend?

The 2024 JAMIS Summit will have multiple pricing options.

 

      1.   Summit-only tickets: $1,450 (Early Bird Pricing Until 07/01/2024)

  • Includes: ​

    • Access to all Summit Sessions

    • Partner Expo

    • Welcome Reception

    • Monday Evening Special Event

    • Breakfast and Lunch (Monday and Tuesday)

      2.   Summit + One-day post-conference training: $2,300 (Early Bird Pricing Until 07/01/2024)

  • Includes:

    • Access to all Summit Sessions plus one day of additional training

    • Eligible for 8.0 CPE Credits

    • Partner Expo

    •  Welcome Reception

    • Monday Evening Special Event

    • Breakfast and Lunch (Monday- Wednesday)

      3.   Summit + Two-day post-conference training is priced at $2,800 (Early Bird Pricing Until 07/01/2024),

  • Includes:

    • Access to all Summit Sessions plus two days of additional training

    • Eligible for 16.0 CPE Credits

    • Partner Expo

    • Welcome Reception

    • Monday Evening Special Event and Wednesday Dinner

    • Breakfast and Lunch (Monday- Thursday)​

What type of content will be covered during the event?

The JAMIS team has a full schedule planned for its customers and partners, including:

  • Breakout sessions cover a variety of topics, including Project Accounting, Financials, Business Planning, Purchasing & Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, Fixed Assets & Government Property Management, Human Capital Management, Payroll, CRM, and more! 

  • All new courses covering Prime Manufacturing Edition topics on how to manage every aspect of your manufacturing business in one place and boost efficiency with a comprehensive, efficient, manufacturing ERP.

  • Town Hall sessions with the JAMIS product management team for both JAMIS Prime ERP and JAMIS HCM & Payroll where we review recent product releases, dive into the key features and benefits, and look ahead at the product roadmap of exciting new releases ahead.

  • Government Contracting regulatory compliance courses (ie: CPSR, Indirect Rates, Timesheet compliance, and more).​

  • A GovCon Panel of Experts will discuss the latest news and hot topics in the federal contracting industry.

What if I purchase a ticket but can no longer attend?

Please email summit@jamis.com to request a cancellation of your registration.  If Summit attendee cancels their registration prior to 60 days from the Event Date (or by August 13, 2024),  JAMIS shall return 100% of any deposits and pre-payments made by Summit attendee.  If Summit attendee cancels their registration prior to 30 days from the Event Date (or by September 13, 2024),  JAMIS shall return 50% of any deposits and pre-payments made by Summit attendee.

Will Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits be offered?

Yes, CPE credits are available for Post-Conference training courses. Each full-day training course track is eligible for 8.0 CPE credits (2.0 credits for each 2-hour session). Additional details will soon be available on the agenda and course descriptions as we get closer to this year's event.
