Jeff Noolas

Jeff Noolas, President & CEO of JAMIS, leads the JAMIS team with the ultimate goal of its flagship product JAMIS Prime ERP being recognized as the premier ERP solution for government contractors, and delivering the very best end-user experience for it's customers. Jeff brings over 30 years of experience in market development, management, and leadership in ERP, CRM, and labor management, with an understanding of the small to mid-size market all the way up through the Fortune 500 enterprise.

Jeff began his tenure at JAMIS as Vice President of Client Development in 2003, and became President & CEO shortly after in 2004. In 2006, with a growing government contractor market and strong leadership within JAMIS, Jeff and Executive Vice President Naomi May invested in JAMIS and took the company under private ownership. Since then, after the successful launch of JAMIS Prime ERP, JAMIS has become the fastest growing Cloud ERP solution in the GovCon space.

Dave Sample
CRO, JAMIS Software Software

David Sample has worked with government contracting ERP systems for over 25 years in leadership roles spanning product marketing, product management, professional services, and sales at companies including Deltek, Monster Government Solutions, and Baker Tilly.

In 2016 he joined JAMIS, where he now oversees revenue stream growth across the organization in a capacity of a Chief Revenue Officer. David maintains an active CPA and has a SPHR certification.

Joe Satlin
VP of Technology, JAMIS Software

Joe Satlin joined JAMIS in 2012 after spending 15 plus years designing and delivering software solutions for the hospitality industry. His main responsibility is the conceptual design of the JAMIS Prime ERP cloud solution, but also manages the full lifecycle of the product, from concept to delivery to release.

Joe brings a deep knowledge of Agile Development processes and procedures as well as web technologies and product delivery.

Giacomo Apadula

Eric Crusius
Partner, Holland & Knight

Eric Crusius is a partner with Holland & Knight who focuses his practice on a wide range of government contract matters, including bid protests, claims and disputes, compliance issues, and sub-prime issues.

Eric draws on his previous experience representing internet-based companies across the globe and focuses on cybersecurity issues particular to government contractors, including counseling contractors regarding cybersecurity compliance obligations, specialized breach response requirements required by various federal agencies (including the DOD), and certifications such as the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP). He is an industry thought leader with respect to these issues having appeared on Government Matters, Federal News Network and featured at conferences to provide insight to the greater contractor community.

James D. “Murph” Murphy, the Founder & Chairman of Afterburner, has a unique and powerful mix of leadership skills in both the military and business worlds. Murph joined the U.S. Air Force where he learned to fly the F-15. He logged over 1,200 hours as an instructor pilot in the F-15 and accumulated over 3,200 hours of flight time in other high-performance aircraft. As the 116th Fighter Wing’s Chief of Training for the Georgia Air National Guard, Murph’s job was to keep 42 combat-trained fighter pilots ready to deploy worldwide within 72 hours. Brian Gallagher has over 10 years of experience providing professional support to government contractors and government agencies in the areas of compliance, accounting and training. His experience includes providing assistance with drafting and implementing processes, policies and procedures for Contractor Business Systems as well as performing Business System compliance reviews.

His experience extends to also include developing incurred cost submissions, CAS Disclosure Statements, related cost impact models and developing Forward Pricing Rates. Brian has successfully prepared and supported clients through DCAA Audits, while monitoring and supporting compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).

Ms. Amber Hart is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of The Pulse™. She is a recognized expert and speaker in navigating congressional, federal, and industry-relevant procurement data and sources, who spent more than a decade selling to the Federal Government. As the Chief of Research and Analysis, she maintains The Pulse’s portfolio of clients, advising them on federal business development and growth strategies. In addition to her advisory abilities, Ms. Hart assists clients with federal proposal responses and facilitates federal contracting training. Ms. Hart currently serves as the President of Women in Technology (WIT), sits on the Advisory Board for the Center for Government Contracting at George Mason University (GMU), and is an active member of the Professional Services Council (PSC) and Women’s Procurement Circle (WPC). David Kriegman

After working for the government as a section chief for the Bureau of the Census, he held several leadership positions in private industry. Chase Kunk

Stephen “Chase” Kunk is a Managing Partner with Capital Edge Consulting, Inc.’s and Vice President, Contracts and Procurement. Chase specializes in U.S. Government contract and subcontract negotiations, administration, management and purchasing system compliance. His expertise stems from his legal education, former certification as a National Football League contract advisor to professional athletes, and in-depth experience as a contracts and procurement administration manager for an international contractor serving Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC) and civilian agency customers. He holds a B.A in Communications from Purdue University and a J.D. (cum laude) from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Chase’s support to Capital Edge Consulting clients is predominantly in the areas of contract and subcontract administration, purchasing system compliance and Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) readiness and risk mitigation. Lisa Shea, Mundt

Ms. Lisa Shea Mundt is the Co-Founder of The Pulse™. She has 12 years of experience in Federal Proposal Development and procurement trend analysis and reporting. She has touched more than 200 proposal efforts across a multitude of Government departments and agencies that vary in size and scope. In addition to her proposal abilities, Ms. Mundt is also a renowned training Facilitator experienced in training clients on Business Development, Capture Management, Proposal Management, and Orals Coaching. She is a frequently leveraged industry pundit and provides quotations, content, and speaking to trade publications and associations. Ms. Mundt is an avid writer who taught the introductory writing course to college freshmen at James Madison University. Ms. Mundt uses her experience to help manage the strategic business direction of The Pulse and works closely with clients to empower their growth efforts.

Chris Porter
President & Chief Marketing Officer, FCE Benefit Advisors

Chris leads the firm’s sales and marketing effort. In this capacity, he oversees new product creation, communication with existing clients, and new account formation. His efforts directly support the happiness and well-being of the clients he serves through the entire life cycle of onboarding new clients to maintaining ongoing administration.  He works extensively with Government Contractors and Consultants relating to the SCA design structure of benefits, funding strategies, communication, and education of their employee benefit plans. Chris is an expert on Health Care Reform and guides clients regarding how the Affordable Care Act will impact their businesses and how it overlaps the Service Contract Act’s (SCA) many rules and laws. Chris began his career as a junior sales associate at FCE in 2006. He increasingly took on more responsibility by expanding his clientele.

Tom Tollerton

Tom is a Principal in firm’s IT Risk & Compliance Group and is the leader of the CMMC and NIST 800-171 consulting. Tom is a CMMC Provisional Assessor (CMMC-PA) and FORVIS is the sixth Authorized C3PAO in the country. Tom has over 15 years in the cybersecurity industry, focusing on compliance assessment and auditing, cybersecurity risk management consulting, and program development. Tom’s background is a unique combination of hands-on technical experience with integration of risk management concepts to provide clients with holistic cyber assessment and advisory services. In the defense industry, Tom has served contractors of all sizes with the development of cybersecurity programs based upon the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-53, and NIST SP 800-171 in support of DFARS compliance.

Bill has more than three decades of experience in the government contracting industry. Prior to joining the firm, Bill was an auditor for the Defense Contract Audit Agency and held executive-level positions with one of the largest service providers to the Department of Defense.

Bill’s extensive background in the application and interpretation of rules, regulations and standards applicable to government contractors includes the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), individual agency supplements and the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
